HOW MUCH IS MY SHIPPING?

We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders.  

For international orders, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At SleepHug Headquarters, we’re proud of our quality and we stand behind our products. We have an extremely low return rate, but if you should have a problem with anything you purchase from us, we want to make sure it’s taken care of. We have tried to create a return policy that is fair to both you and to us, as such; there are a few rules:
  • Our return policy is for 30 days and is unconditional. If you are unable to return the product within the 30 day window, email us to request special consideration…we’re good people, and we want to do the right thing for our customers.
  • Any shipping charges that were paid to deliver the product to you will not be refunded, nor will we pay for the return of the product back to our distribution center. However, product must be returned to us in order to receive a refund.
  • If your product is defective, we will replace the product at no charge to you, and the cost of shipping you a new one is on us. This offer is valid for a period of 180 days from the date of delivery. You will need to contact us to obtain an RMA return authorization, and freight credit. Contact us here.
  • We prefer the product still be in its original packaging and unused. In other words, we want to be able to resell it. If your product has been used, we cannot repackage it and sell it as new. We hope this is understandable, as we do not think you would appreciate it if we had sent you a product that was previously used by someone else – yuck! If you have used it already…you can still return it.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund if, upon inspection of your product when it arrives at our location, it does not satisfy the basic requirements outlined above. Of course, we will tell you if this is the case. We apply your refund to the same credit card you used for the purchase, or through your Amazon account.
  • We appreciate you and your business, so, in the end, please always speak with us about your situation and we will do our best to work something out that is mutually fair.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours.

AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY SHIPMENT.

Click the "My Account" icon at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
